Short version: Jigg.AI collects your email address only if you subscribe (used only to send build logs), plus whatever you choose to type into the support chat widget in the corner, which is processed by Botpress to answer you. That’s the lot — and none of it is ever sold or shared.

What’s collected

If you subscribe: your email address (and your name, if you give it).
If you use the support chat widget: the messages you type into it, which are sent to Botpress to generate a reply.
Otherwise: nothing you actively hand over.

How it’s used

Your email is stored with Buttondown (the newsletter service that sends these emails) and used only to send one email per new build. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, using the link at the bottom of it — and your address is removed.

Jigg.AI runs a support chatbot — “Jigg.AI Assistant,” built with Botpress — in the corner of the site. It answers questions about the project and the tools it covers, drawing only on Jigg.AI’s own public content, and it says so when it doesn’t know. If you type a message into it, that message is sent to and processed by Botpress (a third-party service) to generate the reply, and Botpress may set cookies needed to run the widget. Those messages aren’t sold and aren’t used for advertising — they’re used to answer you and, in aggregate, to check the bot is working. You never have to use the widget to read the site.

What’s never done

Your data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. There’s no third-party ad tracking on this site.

Technical basics

The site is hosted on Netlify and served through Cloudflare. Like any website, those providers process standard technical data — such as IP addresses and request logs — to deliver the site and keep it secure. That’s ordinary infrastructure, not something Jigg.AI mines.
